Required materials for this course

The list below contains all the materials you will need to participate in the course.
You will already have some materials at home, some you will have to purchase.
You can obtain the materials in bold in my webshop and add them to your order via the link below.

• Felt supplies: Towel, bowl, olive soap or whatever you normally use, ball shower or the like, net curtains or something similar to turn the work around, roll material and core, max. 50 x 50 cm.
• 125 grams of mountain sheep for a 30 x 30 flat felt.
  When explaining, multiply by 1.33 for the shrinkage. It doesn’t have to be, but if you’re already making the felt for class, it should be good quality, but not as hard as a rock.
• Lining of cotton or linen, not too thick, matching the color of your wool. 32 x 32 cm
• Woolen embroidery thread in different colors – sock yarn thickness – about 100 grams
• a thinner embroidery thread for the chain stitches
• Horse mane, yak hair, or yarn
• Paper and pencil to practice and draw the design – A3
• colored pencils
• Tailor’s chalk or textile marker
• Needles, pins and scissors
• Thimble
• Scissors for paper
• A small piece of felt to practice the stitches
