Required materials for this course

The list below contains all the materials you will need to participate in the course.
You will already have some materials at home, some you will have to purchase.
You can obtain the materials in bold in my webshop and add them to your order via the link below.

If you cannot find certain materials, or if you have any other questions and / or comments regarding the materials list, please contact me and we will work it out together!

• 120 grams of Australian Merino or Merino/silk
• Decoration materials at will (Fabric, lace, threads, fibers for felting)
• Remnants of underfloor
• Pins
• Long thin basting needle
• Sewing machine thread in the colour of your wool
• Possibly thin firm binder thread such as quilting thread.
• Simple plastic hat mold
• Scissors for underfloor and felt
• Underfloor for the mold, medium thickness
• Felting supplies: Towels, bowl, olive soap or whatever you normally use, ball shower or similar, net curtains or similar to turn the work – 2x a piece measuring approximately 75 x 75 cm.
• Tape measure and calculator
• Wood glue
• Glass to make starch
• Stir stick, funnel and spray bottle e.g. from deo
• Plastic bag
• Iron, may also be travel iron and cotton cloth for steaming
• Clips or clothespins for the folds
